Performance Marketing Specialist

💼 What You’ll Do

Strategize, manage, and optimize
Meta Ads
&
Google Ads
campaigns to drive revenue and improve ROAS.
Handle
high-budget accounts
with confidence and data-backed decision-making.
Lead
retention marketing
initiatives including
WhatsApp automation, email remarketing,
and personalized customer flows.
Collaborate with the
creative & brand team
on ad concepts, visuals, hooks, and seasonal campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics, scale what works, and constantly test new growth avenues.
Stay ahead of
platform updates, consumer behavior trends,
and
market fluctuations
to keep Western Era’s marketing fresh and effective.

📍 Role Details

Location:
On-site (Sector 63, Noida)
Working Days:
6 days a week
Timings:
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary:
₹ 4 – 6 LPA +
Sales-based Incentives
Experience Required:

3 + years
in performance marketing, preferably with a
D2C fashion/lifestyle brand
