Performance Marketing Specialist

Hospitality Minds is looking for an experienced and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns across various platforms, driving performance to meet business goals, and ensuring we deliver customized solutions for our clients.

• Manage and deliver on the key acquisition metrics on Google/Meta Ads
• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various
• Expand scale and drive efficiency across the marketing funnel through campaign optimizations
• Implement and standardize detailed reporting on campaign performance
• Collaborate with the Brand and Category team to plan the marketing spend, and experiment with multiple narratives
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
