Company Description Western Era is a contemporary women’s fashion brand blending timeless silhouettes with modern Indian flair. With 20+ years of export manufacturing experience behind us, we now cater directly to bold, stylish women through our online store, retail counters, and exhibitions. We launch fresh collections every season — and we’re just getting started. 🧾 What You'll Do: Reconcile accounts across marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra), Shopify , POS systems, and offline stores Track incoming/outgoing payments from vendors, suppliers, partners, and distributors Handle P&L statements , monthly closing reports, and assist with financial forecasting Maintain GST filings, ledger books, vendor ledgers , and payout schedules Assist in inventory coordination with warehouse and ops team for accurate stock accounting Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance reporting 🙋 Who You Are: 2–3 years experience in accounting (D2C, fashion, or product-based brands preferred) Good with reconciliation, P&L, Excel, and accounting tools (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks) Detail-obsessed, reliable, and excellent at follow-ups Comfortable working with multiple teams (sales, ops, marketing) Genuinely interested in fashion and growing with a consumer brand 📍 Work Details: Location: Noida (On-site only) Work Days: 6 days a week (Mon–Sat) Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: ₹3–4.5 LPA (based on experience) 🎁 Perks & Benefits: Team discounts on all our collections Learn directly from a young founding team Get involved in the behind-the-scenes of a growing fashion label Office culture that values ownership, creativity, and growth
