Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Company: AbyM Technology

Location: Noida

Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Your Role

You’ll design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI. You’ll own the full campaign lifecycle for key performance channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Build, launch & optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping & Meta (FB/IG) campaigns.
Budget Efficiency: Manage daily budgets (₹50k-₹2L+ monthly), ensuring cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets are met.
A/B Testing: Run experiments (creatives, audiences, bids) to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
Tracking & Analytics: Implement conversion tracking (pixels, GA4), analyze performance data, and report weekly.
Keyword/Audience Research: Use SEMrush, Meta Audience Insights, and Google Trends to refine targeting.
Creative Collaboration: Work with designers on ad creatives & landing pages aligned with campaign goals.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor rival strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Proven success in lead gen/e-commerce campaigns (share past ROAS/CPA results).
Expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.

Good-to-Have

Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint.
Experience with UTM tracking, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Basic knowledge of SEO/content marketing.
