Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns. Monitor and manage campaign performance against KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and Conversions. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages. Work on remarketing campaigns, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies. Collaborate with the creative/content teams to build high-converting ad assets. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and suggestions. Stay updated with latest platform updates, tools, and industry trends. Grow followers and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep strategies fresh and effective. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4 year of core experience in running Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns in an agency setup. Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and GTM. Strong knowledge of e-commerce, D2C, or lead generation campaigns. Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills. Ability to scale campaigns while optimizing ROI.
