Job Profile: Project Coordinator Intern Location: Noida, 62 Duration : 0 - 6 Month Summary: Enthusiastic and proactive Project Coordinator Intern with up to 6 months of experience supporting IT project teams. Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with a passion for technology and project management. Eager to contribute to team success through diligent coordination and a detail-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Assisted project managers in coordinating IT project activities, resources, and timelines. Communicated effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. Participated in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and status meetings. Maintained project documentation, including meeting notes, task lists, and progress reports. Helped track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Supported the preparation of presentations, reports, and communication for stakeholders. Collaborated with software developers, QA teams, and designers to understand technical workflows and project needs. Escalated issues or delays promptly to ensure they were addressed efficiently. Key Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall) Familiar with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Team player with attention to detail and time management skills Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced tech environment Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
