Project Coordinator Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator Intern to support our team in planning, organising, and coordinating ongoing projects. You will assist with documentation, communication, task tracking, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating project tasks and timelines.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Track progress, update statuses, and follow up with team members.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to align on deadlines.
• Maintain project files, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Support project managers with daily operational tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of tools like Trello/Asana/Jira is a plus.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
