Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator Intern to support our project management and operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys coordinating tasks, and wants to understand how AI-driven IT projects are executed from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating AI/IT project activities.

• Support project managers in daily tasks and follow-ups.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and task trackers.

• Communicate with cross-functional teams (tech, design, operations) to ensure project progress.

• Help identify project bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure actions are followed up.

• Perform quality checks on deliverables before client or internal review.

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of IT/AI concepts is a plus (not mandatory).

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
