About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to assist in planning, organizing, and managing ongoing IT projects. The intern will work closely with the project team to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and tracking sheets
• Communicate with team members to gather updates and resolve minor issues
• Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
• Ensure tasks are completed as per project timelines
• Support in requirement gathering and basic client communication
• Update project management tools and maintain progress reports
• Assist the project manager with daily operational tasks

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT projects or software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
• Problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn
• Team player with attention to detail
