Project Coordinator Intern

The Role: Your Learning & Support Mission

You will be an indispensable part of our team, providing critical support that enables our creative and operational departments to execute projects efficiently. This is a learning-focused role where your contribution will be immediately valued.

• Administrative Support: Assist with essential daily tasks, including scheduling internal team meetings, organizing digital files and assets, preparing documents, and managing general office organization.
• Project Coordination Assistance: Learn the project lifecycle by helping track key deadlines, compiling project status updates, organizing meeting notes, and ensuring project teams have the materials they need.
• On-Site Logistics: Provide hands-on support for photoshoots, video productions, and brand events. This includes organizing product samples, running essential errands, coordinating catering, and assisting with setup/breakdown.
• Research & Insights: Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and social media content ideas to support the Creative and Marketing teams.
• Creative Fulfillment: Assist with packaging and mailing products, organizing promotional inventory, and handling simple data entry to support operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For (Your Potential)

• Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited university or recent graduate (within the last 12 months) pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and a hungry-to-learn mindset. You must be comfortable with both high-level tasks and essential administrative duties.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
• Technical Basics: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for Sports: A genuine interest in fitness, sports, and athletic culture.
