Project Coordinator Intern

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to join our fast-paced IT agency. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing software, web, and digital projects. You will work closely with project managers, developers, designers, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently, delivered on time, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring IT and web development projects.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, task lists, and progress reports.
• Coordinate between development, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery.
• Track project milestones and deadlines, flagging potential risks or delays proactively.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and share summaries and action points with stakeholders.
• Support client communication by preparing updates, gathering requirements, and managing feedback loops.
• Help in resource allocation, sprint tracking, and maintaining workflow in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira.
• Participate in quality assurance checks and assist in project handovers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT project management, web development, or digital product delivery.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and basic understanding of agile methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
