Project Coordinator Intern

Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns. You’ll work directly with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and exceed client expectations.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to understand how a full-service digital agency operates and to gain real-world experience in client coordination, campaign execution, and digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking multiple digital marketing projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams - design, content, SEO, social media, web development - to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Support in preparing project briefs, status reports, and client communication updates.
• Help compile and analyze campaign performance metrics for review meetings.
• Manage feedback loops: track client feedback, ensure revisions are implemented accurately.
• Conduct basic market or competitor research to support campaign planning.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions for creative campaign ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented culture.
