Project Coordinator Intern

As an enthusiastic individual, you will be responsible for supporting project activities by assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities. You will work closely with different teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and will document project progress, prepare reports, and maintain records. Identifying potential risks and providing effective solutions to keep projects on track will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will support project managers in their day-to-day operations and administrative tasks, as well as communicate project updates and requirements to stakeholders. Utilizing project management tools to organize and monitor project workflows will be essential for successful project execution. - Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field - Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, etc. - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off.
