Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support project managers and teams in planning, executing, and tracking ongoing projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on exposure to project coordination in an IT and software development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in day-to-day project coordination activities
• Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Prepare project status reports and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA, marketing)
• Schedule meetings, take MOMs, and follow up on action items
• Update project data in tools like Excel, Jira, or internal systems
• Support client communication under guidance
• Help in risk tracking and issue escalation
• Maintain project files, trackers, and dashboards

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate / Final-year student in MBA, BBA, BCA, BSc, BE, or related fields
• Basic understanding of project management concepts
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks

Technical & Soft Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
