Project Coordinator Intern

As a Project Coordinator Intern, your role will involve: - Assisting in planning, tracking, and coordinating AI/IT project activities. - Supporting project managers in their daily tasks and follow-ups. - Maintaining project documentation, reports, and task trackers. - Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress. - Identifying project bottlenecks and ensuring timely resolution. - Coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and ensuring necessary actions are followed up. - Performing quality checks on deliverables before client or internal review. To qualify for this role, you should: - Be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or a related field. - Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Have good communication and interpersonal skills. - A basic understanding of IT/AI concepts is advantageous but not mandatory. - Be proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools. - Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
