Responsibilities: Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping). Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Continuously analyze campaign performance data and make real-time adjustments to improve ROAS and conversions. Work closely with the creative and analytics teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals. Monitor budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to ensure maximum efficiency. Prepare clear performance reports and actionable insights for internal teams and clients. Stay updated with Google Ads platform updates, new features, and industry trends.

This role will ensure accurate online + offline sales tracking, streamline lead attribution, and build dashboards that empower marketing and sales teams to make smarter decisions. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage conversion tracking for Google Ads & Meta Ads (online + offline). Set up, manage, and troubleshoot GA4 & GTM for advanced event tracking and attribution. Integrate CRM / offline sales data with ad platforms for complete funnel visibility. Develop and maintain custom dashboards in Looker Studio for campaign performance reporting. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights across teams. Collaborate with marketing teams to improve campaign optimization and ROI through precise measurement. Requirements 3+ years of experience in conversion tracking & marketing data analytics. Deep understanding of: GA4 reporting & analytics Web analytics (WordPress, Custom Websites, Shopify) Google Tag Manager (Data Layer & Data Push) Online & Offline Conversion Tracking 3.Proven experience with lead attribution & offline sales integration . 4.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and passion for interpreting data.
