Senior Web Analytics & Conversion Tracking Specialist

(Work from Office – Noida | 3–5 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conversion Tracking & Pixel Implementation

  • Implement and manage

    Google Ads, Meta, and other platform pixels

    using

    Google Tag Manager (GTM)

    .
  • Set up

    server-side tracking

    for GA4, Meta Conversion API, and Google Ads.
  • Configure and test

    offline conversion tracking

    integrations (e.g., CRM → Ads platforms).
  • Ensure

    accurate event tracking

    for lead generation and e-commerce clients.

2. Data Validation & Testing

  • Conduct

    data QA and validation

    to ensure events, conversions, and audiences fire correctly.
  • Troubleshoot broken tags, discrepancies between GA4, Ads, and CRM.
  • Coordinate with developers to debug and resolve technical tracking issues.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and automate

    performance dashboards

    in

    Looker Studio

    for internal and client use.
  • Create monthly

    marketing performance reports

    covering campaign KPIs, attribution, and ROAS insights.
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion paths, and funnel drop-offs for optimization.

4. Web Analytics & Optimization

  • Manage

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    configurations including event setup, parameters, and audience creation.
  • Suggest

    conversion rate optimization (CRO)

    opportunities based on data trends.
  • Collaborate with media and creative teams to connect marketing performance with web analytics data.



Requirements:

  • 3–5 years

    of hands-on experience in web analytics and tracking implementation.
  • Strong expertise in

    Google Tag Manager (GTM)

    and

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    .
  • Experience with

    Meta Pixel

    ,

    Google Ads conversion tracking

    , and

    server-side tagging

    (GCP, GTM SS).
  • Knowledge of

    Looker Studio (Data Studio)

    for creating performance dashboards.
  • Understanding of

    conversion rate optimization (CRO)

    and data validation techniques.
  • Familiarity with

    offline conversion imports

    and CRM-based event tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.



Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with

    Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow

    integrations.
  • Understanding of

    UTM tracking, attribution models, and cookie policies

    .
  • Knowledge of

    API integrations

    for marketing data pipelines.
