Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive – Gaming Industry Experience Required: 2–3 years Job Type: Full-time Location: Gurugram Department: Marketing / Growth Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns in a product-based company . The ideal candidate should have a strong performance marketing foundation, be comfortable working across Google and Meta platforms, and bring a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. A keen interest in the real money gaming industry is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: ● Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) ● Conduct in-depth keyword research , audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign targeting and ROI ● Monitor and analyze performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates , and ensure continuous optimization ● Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, messaging, targeting strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates ● Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across channels, optimizing for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) ● Work closely with product, design, and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing experiences ● Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices in the digital advertising and gaming space ● Ensure compliance with Google and Meta advertising policies as well as relevant regulations in the real money gaming sector ● Use tools such as Google Ads Manager , Meta Business Suite , Google Analytics (GA4) , and UTM tracking to monitor and report performance Requirements and Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field ● 2–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing within a product-based company ● Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup, bidding strategies, and audience targeting ● Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and UTM parameter tracking ● Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data ● Solid understanding of key metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA , and conversion rates ● Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and landing page optimization ● Strong attention to detail, time management, and project ownership ● Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills ● Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred Qualifications: ● Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification ● Prior experience in the real money gaming, fantasy sports, or mobile gaming industry ● Familiarity with marketing automation tools and funnel-based user acquisition strategies Interested Candidates Please send your updated resume to shruti.sharma@gamespro.in Contact: 8076310357 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,510.85 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Joining bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
