Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Google & Meta Ads Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience, a data-driven mindset, and a keen interest in the real money gaming sector. Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in planning, creating, setting up, and managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads Manager. ● Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance and reach the desired demographics. ● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and generate regular reports. ● Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. ● Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). ● Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. ● Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in digital advertising and the real money gaming industry. ● Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising policies of Google, Meta, and regulations pertaining to real money gaming. ● Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics (GA4). Requirements and Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. ● 1-2 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. ● Basic to strong knowledge of performance marketing, keyword targeting, ad bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and retargeting techniques. ● Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) for traffic and conversion insights, and UTM tracking ● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization decisions ● Understanding of key marketing metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates ● Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills ● Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment ● Preferred: Google Ads certification or Meta Blueprint certification ● Preferred: Experience or strong interest in the real money gaming industry.
