Job Location:- Gurugram job designation;- QA Engineer – Web, Mobile & API Automation (Gaming Domain Preferred) Responsibilities: Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. Design, develop, and execute detailed, comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for both manual and automated testing. Perform manual and automated testing of web applications (UI and backend), mobile apps (React Native), and APIs. Conduct E2E testing for mobile applications using Appium, Detox, and Jest. Use tools like Postman, Newman, and custom scripts for API testing and automation. Execute functional, regression, and smoke tests to identify defects and ensure product stability. Report, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, and TestRail. Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure no new issues are introduced. Identify security and compliance issues, especially in real-money gaming applications (e.g., gameplay, payment flows, KYC). Contribute to test automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, and Pytest (optional). Execute load and performance testing using tools like JMeter, Locust, or k6. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools. Maintain clear documentation of testing artifacts including test cases, results, and defect logs. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, ideally in the real-money gaming industry . Proficient in both manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications . Strong experience with web testing (UI/backend) using Postman, Chrome DevTools, Selenium WebDriver . Working knowledge of automation scripting in JavaScript (basic), Python, and Node.js . Practical experience with automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, Pytest (optional). Skilled in React Native testing , both manual and automated, with tools like Appium, Detox, and Jest . Familiar with API testing and automation , including tools such as Postman and Newman . Exposure to performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust, k6). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins . Solid understanding of test case management and defect tracking systems such as TestRail, JIRA, and Bugzilla . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
