Role Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CAC, and LTV.
• Run A/B tests across creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling ad assets.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and present reports.
• Explore new performance channels (YouTube, influencers, affiliates) to maximize reach.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C / e-commerce / beauty & skincare.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and tracking tools.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns with positive ROI.
• Understanding of consumer funnels, attribution models, and retargeting strategies.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand story into high-converting campaigns.
• A self-starter with a test-learn-iterate mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with influencer-led campaigns and affiliate networks.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other D2C platforms.
• Interest in beauty, skincare, and wellness space.
