Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Expert will work closely with the founding team to develop and implement digital strategies that drive brand awareness, community growth, and early sales. This is a strategic + hands-on role suited for someone who understands skincare branding, performance marketing, and content-driven growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a 360° digital marketing strategy for BLUVÈ (pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases).
• Build BLUVÈ’s online presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage content strategy – reels, carousels, blogs, emailers – aligned with brand voice.
• Design and run paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, influencer seeding, affiliate).
• Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer & creator collaborations.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns using analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers/content creators to ensure consistent visual identity & messaging.
• Drive community engagement through campaigns, challenges, and user-generated content (UGC).
• Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing for skincare/beauty, D2C brands, or lifestyle startups.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and paid ads.
• Understanding of skincare/beauty consumer trends in India is a plus.
• Experience in growth hacking and pre-launch buzz creation.
• Analytical mindset with experience in marketing tools & performance dashboards.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh, engaging campaign ideas.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work closely with founders in a startup-like fast-paced environment.
