develop and implement digital strategies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a

  360° digital marketing strategy

  for BLUVÈ (pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases).
• Build BLUVÈ’s

  online presence

  across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage

  content strategy

  – reels, carousels, blogs, emailers – aligned with brand voice.
• Design and run

  paid campaigns

  (Meta, Google Ads, influencer seeding, affiliate).
• Identify, negotiate, and manage

  influencer & creator collaborations

  .
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns using

  analytics tools

  (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers/content creators to ensure consistent

  visual identity & messaging

  .
• Drive

  community engagement

  through campaigns, challenges, and user-generated content (UGC).
• Provide

  monthly performance reports

  with actionable insights and growth recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in

  digital marketing for skincare/beauty, D2C brands, or lifestyle startups

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  social media marketing, influencer marketing, and paid ads

  .
• Understanding of

  skincare/beauty consumer trends in India

  is a plus.
• Experience in

  growth hacking and pre-launch buzz creation

  .
• Analytical mindset with experience in

  marketing tools & performance dashboards

  .
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate

  fresh, engaging campaign ideas

  .
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work closely with founders in a

  startup-like fast-paced environment
