Role Overview


Digital Marketing Consultant with Sales Experience

You’ll act as the bridge between clients and internal teams — combining strategic digital marketing knowledge with consultative selling to position Growth Hackers’ solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Prospecting:

    Identify and engage with potential clients across industries through research, outreach, and networking.


  • Consultative Selling:

    Understand client challenges, digital presence, and marketing objectives to propose tailored growth solutions.


  • Digital Strategy Consulting:

    Recommend appropriate digital marketing channels (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content, Performance Marketing, etc.) based on business goals.


  • Proposal & Pitching:

    Prepare and deliver customized digital marketing proposals and presentations.


  • Client Engagement:

    Participate in client meetings, understand requirements, and ensure strategic alignment with marketing objectives.


  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with performance, creative, and strategy teams to design effective campaign strategies.


  • Revenue Growth:

    Manage and convert leads through the sales funnel while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.


  • CRM & Reporting:

    Track leads, maintain CRM data, and share insights with the leadership team.


What We’re Looking For


  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


  • Experience:

    1–2 years in digital marketing, client consulting, or sales (preferably in a digital marketing agency).


  • Sales Acumen:

    Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and experience selling marketing services or digital solutions.


  • Digital Marketing Knowledge:

    Familiarity with performance marketing, paid ads, SEO, social media, and content marketing.


  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written English with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.


  • Consultative Mindset:

    Ability to identify client pain points and recommend suitable digital marketing strategies.


  • Proactive & Goal-Oriented:

    Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets and grow accounts.


  • Tools:

    Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot, Bigin, etc.) and outreach platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).


Must-Have


  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency.


  • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.).


  • Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools or MarTech platforms.
