Role Summary


Own end-to-end performance marketing and demand generation for our enterprise B2B SaaS product.

Plan and execute campaigns across channels, optimise our website and landing pages, and turn traffic into qualified demos and pipeline—working closely with the Sales and Product Marketing teams.

Primary markets: Australia, USA, UK, and Europe.

  • Qualified demo requests from paid and organic channels
  • MQLs from campaigns and website engagement
  • Improved conversion rates and reduced CPL/CAC
  • Growth in organic traffic and ad performance metrics


What You’ll Do


  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise Search, LinkedIn, and retargeting campaigns
  • Website & CRO: Own site UX, speed, and conversion rate optimisation through A/B testing
  • SEO: Build and execute keyword strategy, perform on-page optimisation, and conduct technical audits
  • Analytics & Reporting: Set up and maintain GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, pixels/UTMs; create weekly dashboards
  • Review & Marketplace Growth: Manage G2 and partner marketplace profiles to drive inbound traffic and credibility
  • ABM & Sales Alignment: Work with Sales on target-account lists, lead handoff, and campaign feedback loops
  • Budget Management: Track campaign ROI, manage ad spends, and achieve CPL/CAC targets
  • Experiments & AI: Maintain a test backlog and use AI tools for ad copy, audience insights, and bid optimisation
  • Webinars & Events: Run webinars and virtual events to generate qualified leads


Tools You’ll Use


Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio, Ahrefs/Semrush, Hotjar/VWO/Optimizely, Pipedrive, ZoomInfo (or similar).


What We’re Looking For


  • 4–7 years of B2B SaaS performance marketing or demand generation experience (enterprise motion a plus)
  • Proven results in lead generation, demo bookings, and funnel conversion
  • Hands-on expertise in SEO, paid media, CRO, and analytics
  • Strong analytical and copywriting skills; ability to translate data into action
  • Excellent collaboration with Sales/SDR teams; clear written English (UK style)


Nice to Have


  • Experience with G2/marketplace campaigns
  • Running webinars or virtual events for lead generation
  • Basic HTML/CSS and familiarity with SQL/BI tools
