Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting ROI-focused performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
  • Manage large-scale paid media budgets and drive efficiency in CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, tech) to ensure campaign alignment and execution excellence.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage SEO, email marketing, and retargeting campaigns as part of a full-funnel performance strategy.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
  • Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio) to track user behavior and optimize conversion paths.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing 360-degree campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, reporting dashboards, and data interpretation.
  • Experience in using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, HubSpot (optional).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members (if in a managerial role).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in D2C, SaaS, or e-commerce verticals.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite for ad creatives.
  • Understanding of attribution models, UTM tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
