Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Performance Marketing Manager, based in Mumbai. In this role, you will oversee online advertising campaigns, analyze marketing performance metrics, and develop data-driven strategies to increase ROI. Responsibilities include managing paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and programmatic advertising while optimizing ad copy, creatives, and targeting. Additionally, the Performance Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with creative and analytics teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Expertise in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking, ROI analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in marketing strategies, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
• Experience in content optimization and creative ad development.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beauty industry trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and data visualization platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
