Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager for Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram), your primary responsibility will involve developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on these platforms to drive business growth. This will entail managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and continuously enhancing campaign strategies to maximize ROI. You will be expected to plan, execute, and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, while creating and refining campaign strategies based on data analysis, audience research, and business objectives. Efficient allocation and management of marketing budgets across campaigns and platforms will be crucial, along with monitoring campaign performance and implementing optimizations to enhance ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics. Furthermore, you will need to develop and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, and campaign elements to determine optimal strategies. Your role will also involve analyzing campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager to derive actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
