Job Description

A Performance Marketing Manager for Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across these platforms to drive business growth. This involves managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and continuously improving campaign strategies to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Create and refine campaign strategies based on data analysis, audience research, and business goals.
  • Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively across campaigns and platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics.
  • Develop and run A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, and campaign elements to identify what works best.
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, platform changes, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience: Proven experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, presentations, and collaboration.
  • Creative thinking: Ability to develop creative ad concepts and optimize ad copy for maximum impact.
  • Budget management: Experience in managing large advertising budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
