Performance Marketing Manager


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC as well as Display campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, manage bids, and audience targeting to improve ad performance
  • Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (ACoS, CTR, CPC, ROAS) and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Analyze and interpret performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Use data insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall profitability
  • Work closely with the sales, supply chain, and creative teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives


The Ideal Profile


  • Hands-on experience of managing Amazon PPC campaigns
  • Proven track record of improving ACoS and driving revenue growth
  • Experience using Amazon Advertising Console and related analytics tools.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for data analysis
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for Amazon listings
