Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating, executing, and managing paid acquisition campaigns across various channels such as social, affiliate networks, OEMs, and DSPs. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data to derive insights that will drive decisions aimed at boosting growth and increasing ROI. Your key responsibilities will include building and overseeing acquisition campaigns to drive revenue and enhance ROI. You will utilize quantitative analysis to analyze and optimize campaign performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with MMP and data teams to identify and address marketing performance issues through root cause analysis. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing user-friendly reporting dashboards to effectively communicate complex analyses related to demand funnels, marketing planning, budgeting, ROI, operational efficiency, and strategic KPIs. You will also be required to stay updated on new KPI metrics for performance management and work closely with creative and marketing teams to test innovative strategies. To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in a quantitative marketing position with a focus on social, affiliates, or other performance-oriented channels. Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from data are essential. A proven track record of scaling acquisition campaigns, exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills, project management capabilities, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field are also required.
