Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms. You will be responsible for developing strategies that maximize ROI, increase brand awareness, and drive e-commerce sales.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and implem
  • ent performance marketing strategies focused on ROAS and customer acquisition.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-backed recommendations to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms.
  • A/B test creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance performance.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Keep up with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage tracking tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM parameters to measure effectiveness.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in luxury, fashion, or e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for compelling visuals and ad creatives.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Prior experience working with international markets is a plus.
