Graphic Designer / Retoucher/ Art worker

You are a talented Graphic Designer/ Retoucher/ Artworker with a passion for crafting exquisite designs that blend luxury with modern aesthetics. As a key member of our fast-growing jewellery and fashion brand, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our visual presence through your expertise in graphic design, image retouching, and maintaining brand consistency. Your primary responsibility will be to elevate our jewellery and fashion photography through high-end retouching, ensuring that images for e-commerce, social media, and advertising maintain a natural yet polished look while aligning with our brand aesthetics. You will also be tasked with creating visually compelling marketing materials, including ads, social media posts, and website graphics, that are optimized for both print and digital formats. In addition to your retouching skills, you should have a strong foundation in graphic design, typography, and grid-based text layouts. Your ability to work within brand guidelines to produce cohesive designs will be essential in maintaining our premium visual identity. You will collaborate closely with photographers, marketers, and creative teams to bring creative concepts to life for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar position within the jewellery, fashion, or luxury industry. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and Capture One is required, along with a strong understanding of photo retouching techniques for jewellery, products, and model images. Your technical skills should also include knowledge of color correction, shadow creation, image manipulation, and the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in the jewellery or fashion industry, an understanding of social media trends and digital content requirements, and basic video editing skills.
