Role Overview:

Sales & Marketing Associate

Sales & Client Relationships:

• Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, ensuring a seamless and tailored service.
• Offer bespoke styling and personal shopping experiences, curating recommendations aligned with client preferences.
• Introduce clients to new collections, styling pairings, and complementary pieces across MISHO’s lines.
• Provide attentive post-sale care, including aftercare guidance and follow-up communication.

Marketing & Brand Engagement:

• Support the execution of product launches, brand collaborations, and client activations.
• Assist in the planning and hosting of pop-ups, trunk shows, and exclusive events.
• Contribute to enhancing the brand’s presence through client engagement initiatives.

Sales Support & Reporting:

• Track and analyse client behaviour to support tailored outreach strategies.
• Maintain a detailed CRM database for clienteling and future communication.
• Prepare sales and clienteling reports, providing insights to management on engagement and performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or client services.
• Strong understanding of personal styling and luxury consumer behaviour.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, POS, and sales reporting.
• Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep passion for fashion, design, and luxury.
