As we scale, we’re seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to fuel our digital growth and maximize ROI across paid media channels. Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced performance marketing specialist with a strong background in the fashion/e-commerce industry to lead and optimize our paid marketing efforts, particularly across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and a proven track record of driving online revenue growth. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. Own and manage digital ad budgets to ensure optimal return on ad spend (ROAS). Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting to drive performance. Work closely with the creative and product teams to align on marketing messaging and visuals. Analyze and report on campaign performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), LTV, and other KPIs. Identify new growth opportunities across digital platforms and customer segments. Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes. RequirementsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within a fashion or e-commerce brand. Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube). Proven experience in scaling D2C revenue profitably. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to interpret data into actionable insights and strategies. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Bonus: Experience with email marketing, affiliate marketing, or influencer-led performance campaigns.
