Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Mosaic Wellness, your responsibilities will include managing and delivering key acquisition metrics on Google/Meta Ads, expanding scale and driving efficiency across the marketing funnel through campaign optimizations, implementing detailed reporting on campaign performance, and collaborating with the Brand and Category team to plan marketing spend and experiment with multiple narratives. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-4 years of experience managing Performance Marketing campaigns. They should be detail-oriented with the ability to generate and deep-dive into analytical, actionable insights. A balance of analytical and creative thinking is essential for this position.
