Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising (B2B Growth Focus)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across

    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Quora Ads, Twitter/X Ads, Programmatic Platforms, and WhatsApp Marketing

    .
  • Create and test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve

    CTR, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion

    , and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Implement advanced strategies including

    re-marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), custom audiences, lookalike audiences, RLSA, bid optimization, and funnel-based segmentation

    .
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets; track spend efficiency; optimize CAC and ROI.
  • Drive full-funnel paid acquisitionfrom awareness to consideration to lead generation and re-engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing ads, landing pages, and communication sequences.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage tracking via

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM, and pixel/event tracking across all paid platforms

    .
  • Build dashboards for real-time monitoring of campaign performance across channels.
  • Analyze metrics such as

    CPL, CAC, ROAS, attribution paths, funnel conversion

    , and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, audience segments, bidding strategies, and remarketing flows.

Growth Strategy & Funnel Optimization

  • Develop a structured paid acquisition roadmap aligned with monthly/quarterly growth goals.
  • Create playbooks for scaling high-performing campaigns and retiring underperforming ones.
  • Align paid media strategy with sales to ensure smooth lead flow and quality.
  • Drive experiments across channels to unlock new opportunities (e.g., WhatsApp automation, video ads, lead forms, conversational ads)

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in

    performance marketing

    for

    B2B SaaS or service-based companies

    .
  • Expertise in

    Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, YouTube Ads, WhatsApp marketing, Quora Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    landing page optimization, lead quality improvement, and conversion rate optimization

  • Proficiency with

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM platforms, UTM tracking

    , and attribution models.
  • Ability to manage large budgets while delivering predictable and scalable results.
  • Added advantage: Experience in the

    Logistics / Last-Mile Delivery / SaaS
