We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and Google Analytics within a B2B environment. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of demand generation, lead quality optimisation, and ROI-focused campaign execution.
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and other PPC campaigns for lead generation.
Drive measurable outcomes, including MQL, SQL, CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments.
Monitor campaign performance across platforms using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Track user behaviour, conversion funnels, and attribution to optimize ROI.
Analyse weekly and monthly campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct keyword research, competitive benchmarking, and identify new audience targeting opportunities across B2B segments.
Build and iterate on remarketing, custom intent, and in-market audiences.
Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Coordinate with designers to produce creatives and landing pages that improve conversion rates.
Prepare performance dashboards, insights reports, and recommendations for leadership.
Ensure accurate tracking of all campaigns through UTM parameters, events, and conversions.
Experience managing monthly budgets and optimizing campaigns for lead quality and ROI.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and dashboarding tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
B2B experience is a plus.
