Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other performance channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and continuously improving ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad assets
• Conduct A/B testing and improve conversion rates

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Proven track record of meeting ROI and growth targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
