Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital channels, digital branding, and lead generation campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Media Planning (Mandatory skill) along with a deep understanding of platform algorithms.
• Experience in campaign management with a track record of executing successful campaigns with measurable results and KPIs.
• Strong skills in conversion rate optimization to improve lead quality and enhance user journey efficiencies across digital platforms.
• Expertise in paid social strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions through paid social media advertising.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to generate insights and inform marketing strategies that meet company objectives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
