Performance Marketing Manager

We are urgently hiring for the "Performance Marketing Manager" role

Location - Changodar

Experience - 2+ years in similar role

Salary - up to 50,000 PM - depends on current package

What You’ll Do:

• Run & optimize ads on quick commerce platforms.
• Manage Google & Meta Ads campaigns for promotions
• Track key metrics like ROAS, CAC, and brand visibility
• Boost sales on quick commerce
• Coordinate with design/content teams and SEO efforts
• Improve brand visibility and website performance

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of performance marketing experience (preferably in food/FMCG)
• Hands-on with Q-commerce platforms
• Good with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Excel
• Strong with data and communication

• Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
