Responsibilities:

• · Develop and execute effective Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our clients.
• · Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing search terms relevant to client goals.
• · Create compelling ad copy aligned with the client’s brand voice to attract and convert the target
• audience.
• · Implement and manage ad extensions, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• · Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and applying optimization strategies.
• · Provide regular performance reports and clear insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and results.
• · Maintain ongoing client communication to understand campaign goals, gather requirements, and align strategies accordingly.
• · Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure ad creatives are engaging, on-brand, and visually appealing.
• · Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for performance improvement and campaign scaling.
• · Stay current with PPC trends, Google Ads updates, and industry best practices.
• · Work closely with other digital marketing team members to deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• · Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.
• · Experience handling multiple client accounts and budgets across different industries.
• · Proficient in keyword research, A/B testing, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
• · Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign analytics.
• · Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
• · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
• · Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client reporting and campaign strategy discussions.
• · Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• · Google Ads certifications and familiarity with additional PPC platforms (like Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) are a plus.
