Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who has a strong command over affiliate networks, a strategic mindset for paid acquisition, and the ability to scale campaigns profitably across Meta, Snap, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate understands how to tap the right audience nerve driving high-quality traffic and optimizing CAC/LTV across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with top affiliate partners and networks.
  • Negotiate CPL/CPI deals and ensure high-quality lead generation.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to maximize ROI.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and Google Ads.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, audience segments, and ad formats to improve performance metrics.
  • Optimize for key KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Identify scalable marketing channels and partnerships to drive user acquisition.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and analytics teams for data-driven campaign improvements.
  • Leverage analytics tools to generate insights and forecast growth outcomes.
  • Own performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spending and high ROI.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Affiliate Marketing and Affiliate Networks.
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Snap Ads, and Google Ads platforms.
  • Experience in mobile app performance campaigns (CPI/CPL models preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Google Analytics.
  • Creative mindset to identify trends and craft resonant campaigns.
  • Prior experience in consumer tech, social, or creator economy startups is a plus.
