Role: Performance Marketing Manager Location: Andheri, Mumbai, India (Work from Office - All Days) Employment Type: Full-time, Individual Contributor (IC) Role Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Note: We are strictly looking for candidates who can join within 15 days. Those with a longer notice period will not be considered. About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join the team in Mumbai. This is a critical Individual Contributor (IC) role where you will be instrumental in driving high-quality SaaS leads for our cutting-edge solutions, including Storefronts, Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transport Management Systems (TMS) within the E-commerce domain. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of our paid marketing campaigns, focusing on generating high-intent leads and maximizing conversions within the e-commerce, logistics, and supply chain industries. What You'll Do Strategize & Execute: Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various paid channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook Ads), and programmatic advertising. Lead Generation Focus: Generate high-intent leads specifically for our B2B SaaS products Optimize for Growth: Continuously optimize campaigns for key metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), ensuring maximum budget efficiency. A/B Testing & Improvement: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to identify and implement strategies for maximum conversion rates. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize a range of analytics tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems, and other marketing automation platforms, to meticulously track campaign performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our content, design, and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are fully aligned with overarching business goals and sales objectives. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Remain constantly updated with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in B2B SaaS marketing, paid advertising, and growth strategies. What You'll Bring Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing specifically within the B2B SaaS industry. Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain domains is a significant plus. Platform Expertise: Demonstrable expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms. Marketing Fundamentals: Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and various attribution models. Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and automation tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms. Analytical Prowess: A highly analytical mindset with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into effective strategies. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Stability: We are looking for candidates who demonstrate stability in their career path, with a minimum tenure of 2 years in each previous organization.
