Roles & Responsibility

Plan, create, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Optimize campaigns on a daily basis for key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.

Analyze audience behavior, A/B test creatives & landing pages, and continuously improve ad performance.

Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s niche and customer base to craft relevant ad messaging and targeting strategies.

Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and competitors to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop ad creatives that convert.

Requirements

Proven 1+ years of experience in running and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Demonstrated ability to deliver ROI-driven results within a single niche or vertical.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
