Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition and growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for building and executing high-impact paid marketing strategies across search, social, display, and affiliate channels. You will manage the entire performance marketing lifecyclefrom strategy and execution to optimization and reportingensuring strong ROI, customer acquisition, and sustainable growth.

What Youll Do

Strategy

• Define and own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Plan budgets, set acquisition goals, and align campaign strategies with business objectives.
• Execution
• Design and launch impactful ad creatives (images, videos, copy) to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Implement pixels, tags, and conversion events using Google Tag Manager and app attribution tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, Branch, etc.).

Optimization

• Continuously optimize campaigns for key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and CPL.
• Monitor user journeys via Google Analytics (GA4) and identify drop-offs in funnels to improve conversion.

Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze campaign outcomes, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Leverage data to forecast trends and refine targeting strategies.

Collaboration

• Work closely with design, content, and product teams to build optimized landing pages and seamless customer experiences.
• Partner with business leaders to align marketing efforts with organizational growth plans.

Innovation

• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing, new channel exploration, and innovative campaign ideas.

What Were Looking For

• 7 - 10 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing, preferably in fintech, wealth management, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of app attribution tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, Kochava, or Branch.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with creative, tech, and business teams.
