Performance Marketing Manager – Switzerland Location: Zurich / Geneva / Basel / Lausanne, Switzerland (Hybrid or On-site) Department: Marketing / Growth / Digital Advertising Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Head of Digital Marketing / Marketing Director About the Role We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media campaigns and drive measurable growth across multiple digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing ROI-focused marketing campaigns that fuel customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, Programmatic). Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and performance optimization to achieve key business KPIs. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Analyze and report on campaign performance , providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with the Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Implement tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Pixel tracking). Oversee marketing automation and remarketing campaigns for customer lifecycle management. Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and performance marketing innovations . Develop and execute paid growth strategies across Switzerland and global markets. Support forecasting and reporting for marketing spend, ROI, and funnel performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Data Analytics . 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing , preferably in a B2C or B2B digital environment. Proven track record managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads . Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools . Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and funnel analytics . Understanding of SEO, CRO, and attribution modeling . Excellent communication and project management skills.
