You’ll manage daily campaign operations across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms, continuously improving performance through strategic experimentation and data analysis.This is an entrepreneurial role designed for someone who wants to take complete ownership of our performance marketing function and drive it to new heights. Key Responsibilities ● Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. ● Conduct keyword planning, audience targeting, bid optimization, and A/B testing to improve ROI. ● Track analytics, generate insights, and prepare performance reports using Google Analytics, GA4, and ad platform dashboards. ● Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages. ● Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and propose data-driven recommendations. ● Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and platform policies to maintain campaign compliance and performance. ● Ensure campaigns align with client objectives, brand tone, and measurable goals. What We’re Looking For ● 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns. ●Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. ●Good understanding of conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and retargeting. ●Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking. ●Comfort using tools like Excel, Data Studio, or Looker for reporting. ●Data visualization skills using Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms ●Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for complex data analysis and modeling ●Fast learner with attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. ●Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
