As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a skilled Performance Manager to lead our online marketing campaigns and support our growth goals. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across: Google Ads Meta Ads SEO Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS Run A/B tests on ads, copy, landing pages, and targeting Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements Collaborate with content and design teams to create ad creatives Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager Create weekly and monthly performance reports Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis Work with the admissions/sales team to ensure lead quality Required Skills Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Knowledge of performance marketing tools and analytics platforms Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Industry: Education Employment Type: Full-Time Location Preference: Calicut-based or willing to relocate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
