Role Summary:

Performance Marketing expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Own performance marketing strategy & execution across Google, Meta, affiliates & display
• Drive budget allocation, audience targeting, ad copy/creative performance, and landing page optimization
• Run A/B tests and experiments to improve CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
• Work cross-functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights
• Manage external agencies & vendors
• Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends, tools & platform updates
• Explore and test new acquisition channels

Success Metrics:

• Deliver AOP-planned ROAS
• Achieve target CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate
• Drive sustained month-on-month digital growth
• Efficient budget utilization with optimal ROI

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in D2C/e-commerce
• Deep expertise in

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display & Performance Media

• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
• Experience in managing 7-figure monthly budgets
• Creative + data-driven thinker
